A parent-led community safety organisation

Requirement

A confidential portal for parents and young people to report hate incidents in schools and youth settings, replacing an email inbox and a spreadsheet.

System

A reporting portal with field-level AES-256 encryption of reporter details and incident narratives; anonymous and identified reporting routes; a casework back office with triage, status tracking and secure notes; evidence upload to isolated storage; reporting filterable by every captured attribute; full audit trail; automated retention and erasure.

Result

The organisation can now produce sector-level analysis for stakeholders on demand, with reporter data held only in encrypted storage.

A healthcare-sector professional association

Requirement

A reporting and case-management portal for hate incidents affecting patients, families and staff across the healthcare sector, with a significant social-media component, and with reports to be assessed against professional codes of conduct and organisational policy.

System

A mobile-first reporting front end with an interactive immediate-advice tool; an encrypted case system with automated grouping of related reports; a triage engine assessing content against configurable standards; a resources and training section.
