About Xelvio

Xelvio is an independent compliance and technology consultancy based in Essex, working with organisations across the UK.

The organisations that most need a compliance function are often those least able to fund one. Xelvio’s approach is to provide experienced judgement in the quantity required and to handle routine maintenance through software, so that a proper compliance function is available at a cost proportionate to the organisation. Where the compliant solution is a system that does not yet exist, Xelvio builds it.

Xelvio’s principal is an FCA-approved Senior Manager who has run compliance inside a regulated firm through FCA audits, SM&CR implementation and supervisory correspondence, and who now provides data protection, compliance and technical consultancy to charities, membership bodies and community organisations handling sensitive personal data. He builds the software through which Xelvio’s services are delivered.

Xelvio does not undertake litigation or large-enterprise programme work, and does not take on retainers where it cannot add value.
